All Allies Alliance (AAA) — the Rainbow Party — was formed by divine intervention and community advocates from across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones. We operate under the motto "To God We Serve & Justice For All" and the slogan "Accountability – The Key."

The Party is currently pursuing formal registration under the Electoral Act 2026 following a favourable judicial determination affirming its standing as a recognised political association.

PREAMBLE

We, the founding members of All Allies Alliance, committed to the sovereign authority of the Nigerian people, the supremacy of the Constitution of the FRN 1999 (as amended), and the ideals of democracy, accountability, human rights, and the rule of law, hereby adopt this Constitution as the supreme governing instrument of the All Allies Alliance.

ART I Name, Symbol & Identity

Name: All Allies Alliance (AAA) — the Rainbow Party.
Motto: "To God We Serve & Justice For All."   Slogan: "Accountability – The Key."
Head Office: Plot 78 Ralph Sodeinde Street, Lagos State Liaison House, 4th Floor, Abuja, FCT.

ART II Objectives

1. Pursue democratic governance at all levels in Nigeria;
2. Mobilise all Nigerians regardless of tribe, religion, gender or educational background;
3. Contest elections in compliance with the Electoral Act 2026;
4. Champion judicial independence, constitutional reform, and separation of powers;
5. Promote accountability, transparency and the rule of law in public administration.

ART III Membership

Membership is open to every Nigerian citizen of voting age who is not a member of any other political party, subscribes to the Party's objectives, and completes the official Member Consent and Registration Form in compliance with the Electoral Act 2026. Pursuant to Section 223 of the Constitution of the FRN 1999 (as amended), simultaneous membership of more than one party is strictly prohibited.

ART IV Organs

1. The National Convention — supreme organ;
2. National Executive Committee (NEC);
3. Board of Trustees;
4. National Working Committee (NWC);
5. State, LGA, Ward and Polling Unit Executives.

ART V Elections & Primaries

All primaries shall comply with the Electoral Act 2026. The member register with NIN/government ID and passport photographs shall be submitted to INEC not less than 21 days before any primary election.

ART VI Finance

Transparent financial records shall be maintained. Audited accounts submitted to INEC annually. No funds from prohibited foreign sources shall be accepted.

ART VII Discipline

The NEC Disciplinary Committee may suspend, expel, refer to law enforcement, or pursue civil claims against any member or officer who violates this Constitution or applicable Nigerian law.

ART VIII Amendment

Amendments require a two-thirds majority at a duly constituted National Convention and must not conflict with the Constitution of the FRN 1999 (as amended) or the Electoral Act 2026.

MANDATE Mission, Policy, Vision, Goals, Beliefs & Core Values

Living the life of the waters, sand and the air so we can prosper happily together in peace and with security against every form of invasion or negative interference — regardless of our differences under one roof of the sun, the moon and the stars. Not only as our mission, but our duty to create and provide equal opportunities to every citizen as a birth right.

This demands addressing, restructuring and the empowerment of our dear Judiciary — the saving grace and the only pillar of hope that everyone leans towards for rescue from the powers of oppression. Total separation of powers is a necessity; effective independence of our judiciary from the executive and legislative powers is non-negotiable.

P1 Judicial Reform & Constitutional Emancipation

Our safety and security begin with the reformation and independence of our judiciary, constitutional reform, constant electricity, discipline, and equal pay to our security and law enforcement officers. Democracy in its best form and at its highest degree of performance is more than crucial to our national needs. Discipline as a motto in our society holds the key.

P2 Security, Safety & Equal Pay for Enforcers

Equal pay to our security and law enforcement officers, public workers and qualified agents is a cornerstone of our security policy. Proper, good and safe means of transportation across our nation.

P3 Agriculture, Healthcare & Trade Freedom

Proper mechanised agricultural and healthcare supports shall without doubt be unleashed. Our freedom to trade both domestically and across the borders is non-negotiable — it is a right and a necessity for the growth and development of our nation.

P4 Equality, Inclusion & Every Child Matters

A Hausa or Fulani or Tiv, or Yoruba, or Igbo, or Ijaw or another may not be educated in our created standards of schools but they are far better educated naturally in the languages and existence of our cultures and traditions. Every child matters regardless of tribe, race, gender, religion, belief, educational background or privileges. Our traditional practitioners are never left behind.

The core significant values for any aspirant must naturally include: Extended Vision; Social Skills; Conscientious Personality — a God-fearing individual believing in equality and justice for all; Patriotism — selfless dedication over personal profit; Respect for elders, youth, cultures and laws; Vision — clear foresight for the future; Intelligence — natural mental and emotional intelligence without corruption or greed.

We shall conquer and succeed with your honest, steadfast mandate from the genuine veins of patriotism — not from the river of selfishness, greed or hidden agendas. Our mission further includes gathering our lost compartments, bringing them home, and rehabilitating, restructuring and rebuilding ourselves for the best of our nation.

HISTORY Historical Point of View

Before colonisation, we were ruled by traditional rulers — kings, Obas, Igwes, Sultans. This manifesto should be carried in your hearts as a message from the Almighty God — the Supreme Allah, Jehovah, the Creator — for the liberation of our Nation.
